I am stoked to see someone else use the term I have been trying to get traction on.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In speaking in 2.0 terms, I shake my head, as I see the phase of the web and government, as user-generated and user-driven. Especially in Government, as I am working on one of the biggest social and transparent efforts I have seen in my near 15 years of Federal Government related work.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;While my work (and the work of others) has been about transforming how internal government works, I do think the next steps is listening to the constituents on how they would like to see government work and work for them.
