And Insured tracking number would prove to Paypal that the item was sent and that you did all you could for that customer. <br>If the customer later says they never received the item, you can always file an insurance claim to receive coverage for its value and receive $940 back to cover the loss of the Computer, then you can refund your customer who didn't receive the item, <br>if the Tracking number doesn't show that it was delivered with delivery date and time <br>of delivery. If your Paypal investigation was never concluded, you can always check back in with them to see if they will give it a go again. <br>They have for me several times when the 1st dispute was inconclusive.
