- yeah this is really ridiculous. The comments on Huffington Post are really pissing me off too. Ok people you have called us hicks, rednecks, racists, told us how fourth tier we are. Even after all...
- I'm testing new comment system..

it is always a smart idea to INSURE the package for it's value just incase it gets stolen
in the mail or the buyer claims to have never received it.
A tracking number is not enough to cover your loss. And Insured tracking number would prove to Paypal that the item was sent and that you did all you could for that customer.
If the customer later says they never received the item, you can always file an insurance claim to receive coverage for its value and receive $940 back to cover the loss of the Computer, then you can refund your customer who didn't receive the item,
if the Tracking number doesn't show that it was delivered with delivery date and time
of delivery. If your Paypal investigation was never concluded, you can always check back in with them to see if they will give it a go again.
They have for me several times when the 1st dispute was inconclusive. Good luck
